What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Manage policy changes, mortgage changes, and certificates of insurance.
  • Assist customers with billing, invoices, and account inquiries.
  • Handle quoting and rating by collecting information and running quotes through rating systems.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking professionals with 2 years of insurance experience, ideally in independent Home and Auto Insurance, and 2 years of remote work experience. You should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills at a C1-C2 level.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a commitment to following processes.
  • A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.

Compensation: Starting pay

  • 5.00 to 8.00 US Dollars per hour
  • CLP 4,500 to 7,000 per hour

Job Type: Full-time. Expected hours: 40 per week. Schedule: 8 hour shift
