You will be speaking with motivated homeowners nationwide, helping them navigate the home-selling process while earning uncapped commissions. We provide the systems, support, and leads. You just bring the drive to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Clear, confident communicator with a neutral or North American accent
✅ Proven sales closer with 5+ years of phone sales experience
✅ Tech-savvy, organized, and driven by results
✅ 3+ Real Estate Experience (wholesaling houses, Realtor, or real estate in general)
✅ High integrity, great attitude, and a natural relationship builder
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with homeowners from company-generated leads
- Uncover seller needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate win-win property pricing and close deals
- Achieve weekly KPIs: 2 contracts or $50,000 in revenue
- Update CRM (Salesforce) and track all activities
- Be an active, encouraging part of a fun and mission-driven team

- Fluent English and excellent grammar
