At H&M, we’re looking for a Learning & People Development Specialist — someone who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, building strong leadership, and enabling growth across all personas.
In this role, you will drive the implementation of learning strategies that equip current and future leaders with the knowledge and skills to grow the business, develop their teams, and advance their careers. You will also help foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability.
WHAT YOU DO
Drive learning and leadership development in the region:
Implement and embed H&M's global learning and leadership frameworks.
Foster an inclusive and future-focused learning culture aligned with I&D goals.
Identify and assess development needs across functions and roles.
Partner with L&PD Manager and stakeholders to plan impactful learning strategies using global tools and frameworks.
Track learning outcomes and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
Facilitate impactful learning experiences:
Deliver or coordinate learning programs tailored to local needs.
Monitor the quality, reach, and impact of learning interventions.
Trainer and facilitator network management:
Lead the regional network of learning facilitators and coaches.
Support the selection, onboarding, upskilling, and engagement of trainers.
Content and knowledge sharing:
Represent the region in the global content curator community.
Curate and adapt content for local needs while ensuring alignment with global strategies.
Drive local engagement with Learning Studio and cross-market learning initiatives.
Collaboration and strategic partnerships:
Support teams in creating development plans aligned to performance goals.
Stay connected with external trends, learning tech, and thought leadership.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You are a people-centered learning professional who lives our values and brings both theoretical understanding and hands-on experience in adult learning, leadership development, and capability building. You inspire others through your facilitation, strategic thinking, and collaborative mindset.
Qualifications:
Education in adult development, learning, instructional design, organizational development, or similar.
Coaching certification or experience is a strong asset.
Change management or agile learning exposure is a plus.
Key Skills:
Learning design and facilitation
Coaching and stakeholder management
Communication and consulting skills
Project and content management
Needs analysis and learning impact evaluation
Knowledge of leadership frameworks and adult learning theory
Familiarity with digital learning tools and content platforms (e.g. LMS, Learning Studio)
Advance english speaking and writing
Experience:
Experience designing and delivering learning programs in a fast-paced or retail environment.
Leading or supporting regional or global learning initiatives.
Experience working with leadership development, onboarding, or upskilling programs.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and learning projects across regions.
Additional Information
Temporary – 6-month contract
We’re offering a temporary position to support the team during a key period. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within Learning & People Development Team and contribute to meaningful work.
