Not a horrible place to work, just impossible to keep people in the kitchen. One week you might have one list of tasks then the next is doubled. Yikes

Quick paced, yet fun working environment

With soup and salad being endless at The Olive Garden, it required you to know exactly when to offer another round, and when to bring more to the table. Never assume a table wants another round, and always make sure you ask when they are about half way finished. My typical day included these small major details. Keeping a guest entertained when ordering a longer meal wait time is important, always making sure your guests are satisfied. Keeping a professional and friendly demeanor. Making sure they are enjoying their stay, and always making sure the food is great and the experience is amazing!
