Great job to learn management skills and they promote within to their various locations. I would recommend anyone who wants to get into franchising to start at a company like Jersey Mike's

False promises of career advancement. No support from upper management. Employees are not valued for the amount of work they put in. Opening shift is alright, baking bread and preparing produce before the store opened was enjoyable. Overall it’s not worth the headache.

At first the job was a bit overwhelming preparing the store for the morning but with time it becomes easy. Pay is solid for the work you do plus I get free food almost every day.

A typical day is stacking sub buns, doing morning food prep, and bagging things, and doing other duties..Management is friendly and easy going, easy to please....good environment to work in...hardest part is getting everything done in a timely manner...most enjoyable is the staff and managers

you either work with good people or bad people. most of the time people are going to talk behind your back. if your schedule is very specific like only these days and only these hours, don't bother with it unless you have a disability because you will get less than those days because its so specific. certain hours aren't even allowed to be shifts anymore so overall the only thing good is the pay because of the tips, other dont work here

not a hard place to work. but defidently brainless and fast you do not have time to think only samich. however mornings were nice and slow and into the afternoon was easy if you are scheduled closing dinner rush and rush to close. pay was decent if you are still in school this is an excellent place to work.

The managers decide to give hours to the wrong people and underpay people for the amount of work you have to do. They try to use excuses why they can’t come to work and why they can’t pay you more then don’t tell you that you can’t get a raise until you’re 18.

Working here is a great start-up job, it really depends on who your managers are. You can have really great ones or absolutely horrible ones. I had a mix of both, customers are rude it's inevitable but most of the time it's not that bad. not too much of a workload either
