not the best

at hardee's i would sign in and instantly be thrown into the fray. i had to do dishes that the last shift didn't and various jobs that wasn't in my job description i strongly disliked the way that i wasn't able to get extra hours

Training

Would love to come back and work for y'all it's just y'all trainers but playing and not really training at the time when I was working there. They had some go management there. We have fun when it's time but when customers came we was all about our customers. Served them hot food.

Horrible.

Horrible place to work with horrible management and horrible customers. The place was absolutely disgusting and the people were even worse. Please do NOT work at any Hardee’s EVER.

Productive

This place was my first job and it truthfully was a whole bunch of learning and a great ride. Management was one of my favorite and was very respectful.

My thoughts and my experience

I loved working there at first then after awhile the drama and stuff just got old and I just didn’t want to be there and I was always put in the same place. I was always pushed out of the back if I helping make sandwiches cause the person in the back was busy or Gone and I already had all my stuff up for each orders or if there was someone else on front I would hop back and make some and they just wouldn’t let me and I thought that was unfair. I wish that your management would all be on the same page and not all on different terms one managers telling one team member this and then turns around and another mangers telling them a different thing and confusing the employee and there not sure which one to follow.

Hardee's is a great place to workThey help you and care for u Only bad thing is somtimes I don't get break's I rotated food I cooked.and unloaded trucks.an.i was also on the line

Great coworkers but terrible upper management

I loved the people I worked with but upper management had their favorites. We were not appreciated at all and only got recognition if it was something good for them.

Every resturant is ran differently

Every fast food joint will be different. Plenty of room for advancement (Shift Lead, AM, GM, DM). Decent pay if you put forth effort and do your best.

Productive

Breakfast time was always fast paced. Great people to work with, and they always worked with you on your schedule. I would definitely work for them again.

I enjoy watching the coworkers proceed with their job with the amazing attitudes that they have. Great work environment and cleanliness is well. 10/10

A amazing derecognize, facilitative company, team work. Overall It was good experience at Hardee's. You can learn lots of things by your duty like costumer service and much more.

Stressful and not worth the money

Strict management and poor training. Low pay so best suited for high school or college students. Free lunch was a plus though. Work days were typically slow but you were expected to constantly be doing something, whether or not there was anything to do

When we are in a lunch or dinner rush and are getting out food as fast as possible with as much commuinication as possible

I learned that most people working here won't have a problem with you unless you want a problem with them everyone is respectful towards each other and are willing to help out each other when necssary

overworked sometimes

it was okay hardees was just a pit stop for me, some managers were good some werent. The pay was less than most fast food resturaunts. The gm there didnt really listen to you if you wanted to make a change to schedule.

Fun place to work

I was not employed here long, but the staff was great and I enjoyed conversating with the customers. They are open late hours so if you are looking for a job to help pay for schooling or a career to advance in this could help.

a great place for a teenager to have their first job. i enjoyed moving up on the team and feeling wanted . it helps you get a good idea of what real jobs are like

Good place for a first job

The workplace would be better if the management wasn't so bad. The work crew can be a hit or miss, you may not get along with everybody. Not much flexibility.
